Leon v. Rhodes, Inc

Superior Court Hartford County
Dec 26, 1940
9 Conn. Supp. 47 (Conn. Super. Ct. 1940)

Opinion

File No. 60954

Where an action, as appeared from the complaint, was concerned with a business relationship which continued from February 14, 1939, to February 14, 1940, a motion for disclosure of details of the defendants' business from February 14, 1939, to November 27, 1940, the date of the motion, was denied. No reason was apparent, and nothing was supplied by the motion to indicate why details of the defendants' business at any time subsequent to February 14, 1940, would be of material aid in preparation of the plaintiff's case.

MEMORANDUM FILED DECEMBER 26, 1940.

Cornelius D. Shea, of Hartford, for the Plaintiff.

Stanley D. Fisher, of Hartford, for the Defendants.

Memorandum of decision on motion for disclosure.
