This is a companion case to LeJeune, et al. v. Superior Oil Company, et al., 315 So.2d 415 in which a separate judgment is being rendered by us this date. For the reasons stated in the companion case, the judgment appealed herein is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed against the plaintiffs-appellants.

Affirmed.
