Petition for writ of habeas corpus raising the claim of ineffective assistance of counsel by virtue of the joint representation of petitioner and his codefendants by the same attorney at trial is dismissed on authority of Gardner v. Wainwright, 433 F.2d 137 (5th Cir. 1970), and Belton v. State, Fla., 217 So.2d 97, cert. den. 395 U.S. 915, 89 S.Ct. 1764, 23 L.Ed.2d 229.
