CONFESSION OF JUDGMENT, § 77genuineness of signature on note. On hearing on merits after confession judgment on note had been opened up, evidence was sufficient to establish genuineness of maker's signature.

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. MICHAEL L. ROSINIA, Judge, presiding.
