On June 23, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. By Order served July 5, 2023, the Court directed the petitioner to file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. Petitioner has not complied with this Order.

On July 12, 2023, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the filing fee was not paid. On August 14, 2023, the Court received payment of the filing fee.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction is extended to September 7, 2023. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion and dismissal of this case or other appropriate action by this Court.
