FINAL JUDGMENT


In accordance with the court's memorandum opinion and order of even date herewith,

The court ORDERS, ADJUDGES, and DECREES that plaintiffs, L'Atrium on the Creek I, L.P., L'Atrium on the Creek, Inc., and Sierra Management, Inc., take nothing on their claims against defendants, National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and AIU Insurance Company, and that such claims be, and are hereby, dismissed with prejudice.

The court further ORDERS, ADJUDGES, and DECREES that defendants have and recover their court costs from plaintiffs.
