There can be no appeal from an interlocutory decree making no final disposition of the cause.


The decree in this case was interlocutory, making no final disposition of the cause, nor disposing of all the matters in controversy between the parties. The appeal was consequently premature, and must be dismissed.

Appeal dismissed.
