BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

The petition for writ of prohibition is granted. The trial court is prohibited from exercising jurisdiction over case number 2010–CA–7484 in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, Hillsborough County.

Petitioner's motion for attorney's fees based on Paragraph 22 of the mortgage contract and section 57.105(7), Florida Statutes (2013), is granted. This matter is remanded for the trial court to determine the appropriate amount of the award.
