(54 A.D.2d 820), it affirmed an order of Supreme Court, Erie County, permitting service of an amended complaint by a plaintiff after the expiration of the Statute of Limitations against third-party defendants who were found to have had full and timely notice of the plaintiffs' claims and the transactions and events from which they arose.
