Ford Motor Company, case No. 3-19-0533 (12/18/2019), denying defendant Ford Motor Company's petition for leave to appeal pursuant to Rule 306(a)(1). The appellate court is directed to allow the Rule 306(a)(1) petition for leave to appeal.
