ATTORNEYS AND COUNSELORS, § 155reasonableness of fee. Where a creditor's bill, based on an uncollected judgment for $1,000 was filed by an attorney for his client and he sought to collect an attorney's fee under the Attorney's Lien Act, and the evidence was conflicting as to the actual legal services rendered by plaintiff, held that since the entire amount secured in settlement of the judgment was $750, $125 was a reasonable fee under the circumstances.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. PETER H. SCHWABA, Judge, presiding.

Judgment reversed and cause remanded with directions. Heard in the second division, first district, this court at the October term, 1942;
