ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by the respondent Hahn Engineering pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 26, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the respondent Hahn Engineering to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 17, 2013, and the brief of the respondent Hahn Engineering must be served and filed on or before that date.
