It is Ordered that petitioner-appellant's motion is granted on condition that it perfects its appeal by no later than the September 2014 term - the filing deadline is July 9, 2014. In the event of petitioner-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, respondent-respondent may move, on five days' notice, for an order vacating the stay and dismissing the appeal.
