Appeal from Superior Court, Los Angeles County; Charles D. Ballard, Judge.

Action for damages for fraud in connection with an exchange of property by A. S. Koyer and wife against C. L. McComber and others, wherein defendants C. L. McComber and wife filed a cross-complaint. Judgment was for the plaintiffs, and, from an order granting motion for new trial, the plaintiffs appeal.

Order reversed as to defendants C. L. McComber and wife and affirmed as to defendants T. C. Holz and C. J. Jasper.
