Appeal, No. 576, Oct. T., 1967, from judgment of County Court of Philadelphia, June T., 1964, No. 3828C, in case of Bernard Klevan v. Joseph Borock et ux. Judgment reversed.

Assumpsit. Before SPAULDING, J., without a jury.

Adjudication filed finding for plaintiff; exceptions to adjudication dismissed and judgment entered for plaintiff, opinion by BONNELLY, P.J. Defendants appealed.

This appeal is a companion to that in Hyman v. Borock, 211 Pa. Super. 126, 235 A.2d 621, and is governed by our opinion in the Hyman case.
