The plaintiffs' petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 59 Conn. App. 358 (AC 19034), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Whether the Appellate Court properly concluded that the attorney trial referee incorrectly ruled that the defendant was personally liable to the plaintiff for the claimed bonuses?"

SULLIVAN, J., did not participate in the consideration or decision of this petition.

The Supreme Court docket number is SC 16417.
