TRACY BILLY KENT v. LOUISIANA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND CORRECTIONS


In Re: Tracy Billy Kent, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 656132. BEFORE: CRAIN, THERIOT, AND HOLDRIDGE, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. In this application for writ of mandamus, relator, Tracy Billy Kent, contends the 19th JDC has not transferred his case to the 24th JDC as ordered by this court in Kent v. Department of Corrections, 2017-1761 (La. App. 1st Cir. 10/17/18), 264 So.3d 514. The matter was transferred on or about May 22, 2019. As such, relator's writ is denied.
