Appeal from the District Court of the United States for the District of Vermont.
Proceedings under subsection s of section 75 of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 203, sub. s, wherein James E. Kennedy, a creditor, moved that the adjudication be vacated and that the court refuse to take possession of the debtors' personal property on which he has chattel mortgages. From an order denying the motions, the creditor appeals.
