Present — Hagarty, Carswell, Adel, Taylor and Lewis, JJ.


In an action (1) to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the infant plaintiff by reason of the alleged negligence of defendants, and (2) by his father to recover damages for loss of services and for expenses, judgment dismissing the complaint, entered upon a direction by the court at the close of plaintiffs' proofs, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
