Motion to correct and amend decision and order of reversal granted by amending the same so as to read: Judgment and order reversed and new trial ordered, with costs to the appellant to abide event, upon questions of law only, the facts having been examined and no error found therein. Opinion by Spring, J. All concurred. Stover, J., in result only. Hiscock, J., not voting. (See 98 App. Div. 550.)
