Because no proper Certificate of Service was attached to the Intervenor's Pretrial Memorandum, filed August 24, 2023, in compliance with Rule 21(b)(2)(B), it is
ORDERED that, on or before September 6, 2023, the Intervenor shall file a proper Certificate of Service with respect to paper service of the Pretrial Memorandum on Ms. Karcher. Counsel for the Intervenor is informed that it is not necessary to refile the Pretrial Memorandum.
