ORDER OF DISMISSAL AS TO CHRISTINE KALAMAROS

RONALD L. BUCH JUDGE.

On February 15, 2024, the Commissioner filed two motions, (1) a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Christine Kalamaros and to Strike so much of the petition as relates to Ms. Kalamaros, and (2) a Motion to Change or Correct Caption asking that the caption be changed to reflect the removal of Ms. Kalamaros from this case. The Kalamaroses' counsel does not object to either motion. For the reasons stated in the Commissioner's Motions, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Christine Kalamaros and to Strike is granted, and this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction as to Christine Kalamaros and so much of the petition as relates to Ms. Kalamaros is deemed stricken. It is further

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion to Change or Correct Caption is granted, and the caption of this case is changed to "Alexander E. Kalamaros, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent."
