The time for filing Objections to the Report has passed, and no Objections have been filed with the Court. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that: (1) the equal protection claim against Defendant Pingel is DISMISSED with prejudice; and (2) the claims against Defendant Lynn are DISMISSED with prejudice. DATED: March 29, 2016
