Joseph v. Cohen

United States District Court, S.D. New York
Jun 27, 2002
01 Civ. 8791 (LAK) (S.D.N.Y. Jun. 27, 2002)

Opinion

01 Civ. 8791 (LAK)

June 27, 2002

ORDER

The Court has reviewed plaintiff's so-called "Report and Recommendation Response," which it treats as objections to the report and recommendation of Magistrate Judge Maas, dated April 30, 2002 (the "RR") as well as a motion for relief from the judgment pursuant to Rule 60(b).

Nothing in plaintiff's papers warrants granting relief from the judgment or, even if the judgment were vacated, reaching any different result. For the reasons stated in the RR, the defendants' motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint would be granted and the plaintiff's motion denied.

SO ORDERED.
