The Court GRANTS Delcine Benavides' request for an extension of time within which to file the remaining portion of the Reporter's Record until September 5, 2023. NO FURTHER REQUESTS FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE THE REMAINING PORTION OF THE REPORTER'S RECORD WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THIS COURT.
It is further ORDERED that Delcine Benavides, Court Reporter for the 226th District Court for Bexar County, Texas, prepare the remaining portion of the Reporter's Record and forward the same to this Court on or before September 5, 2023.
