Andre Dwight JONES, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.

John S. Esposito, Kansas City, for appellant. Sarah E. Ernst, Jefferson City, for respondent.

John S. Esposito, Kansas City, for appellant.

Sarah E. Ernst, Jefferson City, for respondent.

Before Division One: Alok Ahuja, Presiding Judge, Lisa White Hardwick and Anthony Rex Gabbert, Judges

ORDER

Per Curiam Andre Jones appeals from the motion court's dismissal of his amended Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief on the grounds that his original Rule 24.035 motion was untimely filed. Upon review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the motion court's judgment. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision, because a published opinion would have no precedential value.

AFFIRMED. Rule 84.16(b)
