On September 6, 2024 and September 19, 2024, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the current status of this case.
In light of the discussion, it is
ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at a two-week special session of the Court beginning at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, January 26, 2026, in Room 1136 in the Russell Federal Building & Courthouse, 75 Ted Turner Dr., S.W., Atlanta, Georgia 30303. It is further
ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before November 25, 2024, file a joint or separate status reports with a proposed pretrial schedule.
