This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's December 9, 2024, Houston, Texas, trial session. On August 28, 2024, respondent filed a Notice of Filing of Administrative Record, Certificate as to the Genuineness of Administrative Record, and Administrative Record (Docs. 13-15). No certificate of service was attached to these documents demonstrating that they were served on petitioner Jerome Thomas, who does not receive electronic service. By Order served August 29, 2024, respondent was directed to file Certificates of Service.

On August 30, 2024, respondent filed a second Notice of Filing of the Administrative Record (Doc. 17) that is a duplicate of the Notice filed on August 28, 2024, except that a Certificate of Service is attached to the second Notice.

On September 9, 2024, respondent filed a Certificate of Service (Docs. 18 & 19) regarding the Certificate as to the Genuineness of the Administrative Record and Administrative Record.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Notice of Filing of Administrative Record (Doc. 13) is stricken from the record in this case.
