Charles D. Joiner appeals the district court ruling affirming the Iowa Board of Podiatry's decision to suspend his medical license. AFFIRMED.

Charles D. Joiner appeals the district court ruling affirming the Iowa Board of Podiatry's decision to suspend his medical license. After a thorough review and consideration of the record, we conclude the district court's ruling is affirmed without opinion. See Iowa R. App. P. 6.24(1), (4).

AFFIRMED.
