Upon review of petitioner's response to this Court's order to show cause dated April 12, 2013, the Court has determined that it should decline to exercise jurisdiction in this case. See Diamond Aircraft Industries v. Horowitch, 107 So.3d 362 (Fla. January 10, 2013). The petition for discretionary review is therefore denied.
No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. SeeFla. R.App. P. 9.330(d)(2).
