On consideration of the jurisdictional memoranda filed in this case, the court accepts the appeal and this cause is reversed on the authority of Mansaray v. State, 138 Ohio St.3d 277, 2014-Ohio-750.
O'DONNELL, KENNEDY, and FRENCH, JJ., would accept the appeal and remand the cause of application of Mansaray.
