Upon due consideration of the Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction and to Strike as to a Notice of Final Determination for Disallowance of Interest Abatement Claim, Notice of Determination Concerning Relief from Joint and Several Liability Under Section 6015, and Notice of Certification of Your Seriously Delinquent Federal Tax Debt to the Department of State, filed September 20, 2024, by respondent in the above-docketed matter, it is

ORDERED that, on or before October 11, 2024, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's just-referenced Motion. The Court will take appropriate action following the period for objection.
