ORDER

Emin Toro, Judge.

This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's May 22, 2023, Chicago, Illinois, trial session. On October 18, 2022, petitioners filed a Response to Answer (Doc. 9). This filing is improper as it appears to be in the nature of evidence.

The filing also includes names and dates of birth of minor children. Such information should not have been included or should have been redacted by petitioners before filing. See Rule 27(a), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall strike and seal from public viewing petitioners' Response to Answer filed October 18, 2022.
