ORDER
The Court GRANTS the Appellee's unopposed motion to abate the appeal.
Therefore, it is ORDERED that the appeal be abated for thirty days to allow Ms. Julie K. Camacho to obtain authorization from Appellant to move forward in the appeal or for the Appellant to secure new counsel.
Further, Appellee's brief is now due September 12, 2013 and the Appellant's reply brief will be due October 14, 2013.
