MEMORANDUM OPINION


On February 10, 2005, the Court ordered appellant Terry James to pay the filing fee for this appeal and file proof that he has paid or made arrangements to pay for the clerk's and reporter's fees within ten days of the date of the order. The order warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has not paid this Court's filing fee or filed proof that he has paid or made arrangements to pay for the clerk's and reporter's fees. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES this appeal. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
