Present — Crosby, P.J., Cunningham, Taylor, Harris and McCurn, JJ.


Judgment and order reversed on the law and a new trial granted, with costs to the appellant to abide the event, on the ground that the evidence presented questions of fact for the jury as to negligence and contributory negligence. All concur. (The judgment dismisses the complaint in an automobile negligence action. The order is the order of nonsuit.)
