Iwachiw v. Doe

Court of Appeals of the State of New York
Mar 27, 2001
749 N.E.2d 201 (N.Y. 2001)

Opinion

Decided March 27, 2001.

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from that portion of the Appellate Division order that dismissed the appeal from the November 5, 1999 and February 10, 2000 Supreme Court orders, denied; motion for leave to appeal otherwise dismissed upon the ground that the remainder of the Appellate Division order sought to be appealed from does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution.

Motion for poor person relief dismissed as academic.
