ORDER
The chambers staffs of the undersigned district judge and of the assigned magistrate judge have received numerous telephone calls from counsel in this case. Because of the demeanor of counsel and the nature of the questions directed to members of the chambers staff, any further communication regarding this case to the undersigned district judge or the assigned magistrate judge shall be by written motion only.
