Inna B. v. Lev G.

Court of Appeals of the State of New York
Oct 9, 1984
63 N.Y.2d 827 (N.Y. 1984)

Opinion

Submitted July 16, 1984

Decided October 9, 1984

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from so much of the order of the Appellate Division as affirmed the Family Court order entered on September 20, 1983, dismissed upon the ground that that portion of the order sought to be appealed does not finally determine the proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution; motion otherwise denied.
