No. 05-10-00612-CV

Opinion issued June 7, 2010.

Original Proceeding from the 366th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 366-53527-06.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial court erred in revoking the suspension of her commitment and ordering her to be confined in county jail. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Relator admits that she is not currently incarcerated. Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of habeas corpus. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3(k)(1)(D); In re Stephens, No. 10-07-00278-CV, 2007 WL 2896902 at *2 (Tex. App.-Waco Oct. 4, 2007, orig. proceeding).
