IN RE VENKY VENKATRAMAN, Relator

Original Proceeding from the 256th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. DF04-11968

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before Chief Justice Wright, Justice Lang, and Justice Myers
Opinion by Justice Myers

This original proceeding is the latest of multiple proceedings filed in relation to the underlying divorce and custody dispute. Here, relator seeks a writ of mandamus directing the trial court to rule on relator's "Motion to Clarify Final Orders," which was heard by the trial court on February 28, 2018. On June 5, 2018, the trial court issued a memorandum ruling "on the access and possession issues taken under advisement by the Court" at the February 28, 2018 hearing. The June 5, 2018 ruling provides the relief requested by relator in the Motion to Clarify Final Orders and in this original proceeding. Accordingly, we deny relator's petition for writ of mandamus as moot.
