IN RE THUY TRAN, Relator

Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

In this original proceeding, relator Thuy Tran seeks mandamus relief compelling the trial court to vacate its order setting aside an appraisal award. Because Tran has an adequate remedy by appeal, we deny the petition for mandamus relief. See Providence Lloyds Ins. Co. v. Crystal City Indep. Sch. Dist., 877 S.W.2d 872, 873-79 (Tex. App.—San Antonio 1994, no pet.).

The underlying case is Thuy Tran v. Conifer Insurance Company, cause number 1076941, pending in the Harris County Civil Court at Law No. 2, the Honorable Theresa Chang presiding.

PER CURIAM Panel consists of Chief Justice Radack and Justices Keyes and Massengale.
