In the MATTER OF Emery Z. TOTH, an Attorney at Law (Attorney No. 006761974)

ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 19-114, concluding that Emery Z. Toth of Perth Amboy, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1974, should be disciplined for violating RPC 1.4(b) (failure to keep a client reasonably informed about the status of a matter and to promptly comply with reasonable requests for information);

It is ORDERED that Emery Z. Toth is hereby censured; and it is further

ORDERED that Emery Z. Toth shall complete two credits of continuing legal education courses focused on office technology each year for a period of three years, which credits shall be in addition to those required by Rule 1:42-2 and the Supreme Court Board on Continuing Legal Education; and it is further
