Extension of time granted
Based upon counsel Samantha B. Jacob's representation that the reply to the informal response to the petition for writ of habeas corpus is anticipated to be filed by December 12, 2022, an extension of time in which to serve and file that document is granted to July 11, 2022. After that date, only about three further extensions totaling about 154 additional days are contemplated.
