MEMORANDUM OPINION

Opinion by Justice Lang-Miers
By order dated March 13, 2012, the Court reinstated this appeal and directed appellant to file within ten days either a motion to dismiss the appeal or written verification that appellant desired to continue the appeal. We cautioned appellant that if we did not receive either a motion to dismiss or written verification that appellant desired to continue the appeal within the time specified, we would dismiss the appeal without further notice. To date, appellant has not filed either a motion to dismiss the appeal or written verification that appellant desired to continue the appeal and has not otherwise communicated with the Court.
Therefore, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b).
