IN RE SARAH ANN SHAW, INDIVIDUALLY, AND AS EXECUTRIX OF THE ESTATE OF SHAD CLINTON SHAW, DECEASED

On Petition for Writ of Mandamus.

Before Chief Justice Contreras and Justices Silva and Peña

ORDER PER CURIAM

PER CURIAM

Relator Sarah Ann Shaw, individually, and as executrix of the estate of Shad Clinton Shaw, deceased, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus through which she asserts that the trial court abused its discretion by denying a motion to withdraw funds from the registry of the court after the case was dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The Court requests the real party in interest, Shonna Janel Simpson, executor of the estate of Richard B. Shaw, or any others whose interest would be directly affected by the relief sought, including but not limited to Robert Cadwell, to file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus on or before the expiration of ten days from the date of this order. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.2, 52.4, 52.8.
