Opinion

No. 05-08-01005-CV

Opinion issued August 11, 2008.

Original Proceeding from the 160th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 07-05594.

Before Justices WHITTINGTON, FITZGERALD, and LANG-MIERS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial judge erred by refusing to allow them to assert a privilege against self-incrimination regarding real parties' requests for disclosure and production. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relators have not shown they are entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); In re Prudential Ins. Co. of Am., 148 S.W.3d 124, 135-36 (Tex. 2004). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
