STIPULATION AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE


IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED THAT:

1. All claims made by the plaintiffs, identified on the attached Exhibit A, are dismissed with prejudice as to all defendants in each plaintiff's respective action.

2. There are no motions pending in any of these cases. When approved, this Stipulation of Dismissal will close each case in its entirety.

3. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
