MEMORANDUM OPINION

Original Mandamus Proceeding PER CURIAM Sitting: Sandee Bryan Marion, Chief Justice Karen Angelini, Justice Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DISMISSED

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. L-17-0046-CV-B, styled In the Interest of C.R.E. and J.A.E., Jr, Children, pending in the 156th District Court, Live Oak County, Texas, the Honorable Patrick L. Flanigan presiding.

Relator filed this petition for writ of mandamus on May 8, 2017. On May 10, 2017, Relator filed a "Motion to Withdraw Petition for Writ of Mandamus." The court construes this to be a motion to dismiss this original proceeding. Accordingly, this original mandamus proceeding is dismissed.
