This proceeding arises out of Cause No. L-17-0046-CV-B, styled In the Interest of C.R.E. and J.A.E., Jr, Children, pending in the 156th District Court, Live Oak County, Texas, the Patrick L. Flanigan presiding.

Relator filed this petition for writ of mandamus on May 8, 2017. Relator has now filed a "Motion to Withdraw Petition for Writ of Mandamus." The court considers this motion to a motion to dismiss this original proceeding. The Relator's motion to dismiss this proceeding is GRANTED. This original mandamus proceeding is DISMISSED. The court's opinion will issue at a later date.
